We have purposely kept our class numbers at 6-8 to provide a safer and more tailored experience. With these small numbers we can keep a close eye on all of you and give you a more personalised experience.
A dynamic fun Circuit based class designed as a full body workout with effective correct technique and a great mix of exercises.
A Range of movements and exercises targeting the core, abdominal's and overall stability.
This is a Strength and stability class using the TRX to focus on body weight exercises giving a full body workout.
A full body stretching class aimed at improving overall flexibility and range of motion.
Exciting and energetic boxing Class aimed at building basic boxing skills while working on fitness, coordination and strength. Bookings online, by phone or at Duke's.
